Welcome to Tipp City Exempted Village Schools where “excellence is a tradition.” We don't take the district’s motto for granted but strive toward it daily as the goal of our programming. We expect our students to do their best in their classrooms, theatrical productions, musical performances, sporting events, or any other endeavor they attempt. The goal of excellence is not easily attainable; it truly is the pursuit of the goal that makes each student successful!

We are a district that is proud of our rating from the State of Ohio; however, ratings and accomplishments are only as telling as the experiences we create for our students. Tipp City Schools enjoys a solid reputation for outstanding teachers who work hard each day to make a difference for students and their education. The legacy of any successful school district must be that of preparing its students for the future they choose to pursue. In Tipp City Schools, we are proud that our students are enjoying outstanding learning experiences that are building them for their futures.

Because of our exemplary teachers, Tipp City students consistently rank among the top performers in the region on standardized proficiency and achievement tests. Students develop a solid academic foundation during their elementary and junior high years so they are adequately prepared for high school and its many challenges. Teachers also place a value on developing responsibility and self-confidence in their students.

The district consists of five schools with an enrollment of approximately 2600 students. Our community is home to one high school (9-12), one middle school (6-8), an intermediate school (4-5), and two elementary schools (K-1 and 2-3). Each building has a vibrant and supportive atmosphere that is vital to students’ potential. Highly engaged volunteers embrace opportunities to collaborate within each of the schools to enhance the educational mission for students.

Our schools are the heart of this small, vibrant community. Whether attending an athletic event, volunteering as a tutor, or organizing a district-wide event, community support is overwhelming. It is prominently evident in the untiring support from booster organizations, parent groups, the business community, and local government. It is easy to see why excellence is a tradition in Tipp City Exempted Village Schools!
